Jessica Fraser is a Digital Learning Coach, empowering K-6 teachers to teach 21st century skills through technology integration. Jessica has taught grades K-6, with the majority of her experience teaching fifth grade.

Jessica recently earned her Master's degree in Educational Technology from Cal State Fullerton and was selected as an Edwin Carr Fellow for the College of Education. She has also earned her Leading Edge Certification as a Professional Learning Leader. Jessica is one of the co-founders of Technology Across District Lines (TADL), which is an event that brings together educators from Orange County districts to share ideas and learn from one another.

Jessica has presented at numerous conferences, including CUE 2015, Think. Create. Share., and OC CUE. She leads many professional development opportunities for teachers on a variety of topics, including Google Apps for Education, BYOD, student response systems, ed tech pedagogy, growing teachers' PLNs, and more.

Jessica is passionate about connecting with other educators to continually grow and remain current on best practices and tools for technology integration.
